Ready in 25 minutes
This homemade goulash recipe is perfect for hot summer days when you don’t want to heat the kitchen up, and we have been known to use it on our favorite camping trips. It easily serves our family of 8, sometimes with a few lunch leftovers. Of course the Dreamfields is not THM approved if you reheat it, but it’s so worth the first batch!
Here it is:
Easiest Instapot Goulash
3 26 oz. cans of your favorite spaghetti sauce
2 boxes Dreamfields elbow pasta
2.5 pounds cooked ground beef seasoned with salt, pepper and onion powder and garlic powder
That’s it. Take all the ingredients and put them in the pot: ground beef (I’ve even pulled it out of the freezer and dropped it in the bottom of the pan), pasta, and sauce. Stir it up if you can, seal the pot, and choose the manual option and choose 25 minutes.
Let it do it’s thing, and get ready to eat when that timer goes off. Because all that pot will need is a good stir before you serve it hot and eat it.
It’s that good, and that easy.
Top with hot sauce and Parmesan cheese if you like!
