Need to return something? We know buying online can be difficult! So, we offer store credit/refunds for unworn/unwashed apparel within 15 days from the delivery confirmation date.
Step-by-step return guide
- Contact Us within 15 business days of receipt of your items to let us know you would like to return, and whether you would like store credit for an exchange or cash back. We will reply with a return address
- Put unused and unwashed items in the package that your order arrived in and seal it
- Address your package to return address provided and ship. We recommend getting a tracking number so you can track your package
- As soon as we receive your items, we will process your refund (minus a $5 restocking fee per item if choosing cash back. All Shipping Costs are non-refundable)
- You must contact us within 15 business days of receipt of your items to process a return
- There is a $5 restocking fee per item returned, and we do not cover return shipping
- Last chance/sale items, mystery/bundle packs, gifts with purchase, and candles/wax melts are not eligible for returns or exchanges
- All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged. If we determine that your item has been washed or worn we reserve the right to deny your return/exchange and ship your item back to you. Items that smell of smoke, perfume or have pet hair on them will be not be accepted for return/exchange
- All Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not assume responsibility of return shipping.
