Raise Them Kind Children’s Ministry Curriculum

For years we couldn’t find a Sunday School curriculum that we liked for our Children’s Church on Sunday mornings.

We paid for an annual subscription that gave us access to a printable online site and found ourselves crossing off more sections than we used, and supplementing more materials than we had time for.

It was exhausting, frustrating, and left us feeling like we were giving our kids less than what they deserved.

Using daily lessons I wanted my kids to learn at home, I branched out, dug into scripture, and started writing.

Raise Them Kind is the culmination of six units of life lessons, each digging deep into five weeks of scripture and practical every day application. They are Minding Our Own Business, What Love Looks Like, Pride Comes Before A Fall, The Lord’s Prayer, and The Truth Will Make You Free.

Every week comes with two pages of directional materials and prompts. One page is specifically geared toward the Lesson itself, and the other is geared toward an Activity. They can be used one right after the other in the same room, or split in to two rooms with two groups rotating after about 20-25 minutes each. We split ours into two groups between two rooms and switch classes, and include a snack in with the Activity room. We have seen great success with our kids using this method. Raise Them Kind is designed for the most beginner of teachers to easily understand and work through each lesson. As each teacher feels more comfortable with the class and curriculum, there is no limit to the amount of engaging and praying and training that can happen in each classroom.
