Crunchy Corn Topping

1 stick butter

1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

1/2 c. Nutritional Yeast

1 Tbl. Onion powder

1 Tbl. Chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Parsley for topping

Directions: Place cooked corn in baking pan with every piece exposed. Slice butter into thin squares and place on corn.

Mix all other ingredients into a bowl except for salt, pepper and parsley. Pour on top of corn and butter squares.

Sprinkle salt, pepper and parsley over all and bake in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes.

Broil the last few minutes if you like the seared and crunchy look. Enjoy!
