Potato Skin Goodness

These are a holiday hit, a comfort food, a happy snack, an awesome side dish, and everything in between. Try them today and get ready to build them into every good thing from now on.

Ingredients:

Potatoes sliced thin

Grapeseed oil

Seasoned salt

Cheddar cheese

Mozzarella cheese

Bacon bits

Chives

Directions:

Place sliced potatoes on cookie sheet with parchment paper and paint with grapeseed oil. Sprinkle seasoned salt on top and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Carefully place trays of cooked potatoes on the counter. Sprinkle with layers of cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, bacon bits and chives. Broil until cheese is singed and enjoy!
